Blessing4CM (Build Leaders, Equip Servants, Stand IN the Gap For Children’s Ministry) is a consulting ministry for Children’s Ministry to provide mentorship and training to leaders, workers and parents through workshops and seminars for both local churches and oversea in mission fields.

Children are a blessing from the Lord. They are going to be our future spiritual leaders. However, the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Parents and faith communities are jointly responsible for nurturing children’s spiritual growth so that they may mature step by step into strong Christian adulthood.

The responsibility and amount of work required for parents and Children’s Ministry (CM) workers are overwhelming. The Lord said to the Prophet in Ezekiel 22:30, “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap…” Realizing their significant and demanding roles, Blessing4CM has the vision of equipping and supporting them through various channels. May we join hands in building up our future spiritual warriors!!

異象與使命
孩子是神所賜的祝福，我們未來的屬靈領袖，可是惡者如那咆哮的獅子遍地遊行，為要吞喫世人。當神把孩子交托給父母和教會，我們便有責任攜手去保護和培育他們屬靈生命的成長，成為討主喜悅的信徒。

可是這重責卻極富挑戰性，在以西結書22章30節神對先知說：「我在他們中間尋找 – 人重修牆垣、在我面前為這國站在破口防堵」，因此Blessing4CM兒童培訓事工，領受了這異象與使命，便用不同的方式去裝備、鼓勵、訓練、支持兒童事工的領袖、老師和父母，齊心帶領和建造這群孩子 – 我們未來的屬靈戰士。
